I am a Civil Structural Professional Engineer P.E.

whom has been working at the City of Los

Angeles for over 32 years.

I have been living in Los Angeles for over 37 years

and I am a Porter Ranch Resident since 2003.

I served as Vice President of the Porter

Ranch Neighborhood Council with the Goal to

serve Porter Ranch Community and CD 12 as part of my continued committed services to the City of Los Angeles constituents as a whole.

Also, for many years I served as PRNC Chair the Safety & Transit Committee, Chair Bylaws Committee, and member of the Sustainability, Air Monitoring AdHoc and other committees.  

I have worked on award-winning large scale engineering projects within the City of LA (Transit System, Automated Traffic, LAX Upgrades, I-405 Widening, Tunnel Lighting, Pole Painting, Sidewalk Repairs,..)


Neighborhood Highlights

  • Engineer at the City of LA with 32 service years & many citywide projects designed.

  • I have always worked for a 100% Green Porter Ranch starting with Solar Panels along Carbon and Porter Ranch Drive to the enhanced parks for tree canopy.

  • Once re-elected I will be able to continue working for you for

    • and to bridge the gap to city service & maintenance issues.

  • Since 2003, active within the Porter Ranch Community & CD 12 for many communities’ services and projects to enhance our district as a whole in coordination with Mayor Garcetti's office many programs for

  • Active member of LAFD CERT, LAPD C-PAB and the City Emergency EMD along first responders to save lives.
